Steps to Compliance
- Type of Practice: Data & Accountability
- Targeted Population:
- Program Area(s):
- Consortia Involved: Feather River Adult Education Consortium
The Challenge
Feather River Adult Education Consortium (FRAEC) lacked expertise in data and accountability. Following the guidance of a former consortium employee, a plan was developed and submitted to the state. This plan did not follow state guidance.
The Solution
FRAEC, via consulting services, was able to bring the consortium into compliance with state guidelines for the use of these funds.
Outcomes
FRAEC is fully compliant with state mandated data and accountability requirements through the purchase of CASAS eTests, TOPSpro Enterprise, and various online curricula that collect ongoing, formative student performance data.
The Data
The Data and Accountability allocation has been fully spent. All member districts are now following a data-driven instructional model.
